Office of the CEO

The Office of the CEO manages NamWater's daily operations with the assistance of the Executive Management Committee (EXCO), which consists of the Chiefs. Service functions are mainly centralised, while operations are decentralised to the Water Supply Business Units, each headed by a Chief Water Supply who lives in his or her Business Unit.
