Overview
The Programme Management Division consists of a Head and five project managers who work mainly on research and capital budgets and on managing research and capital projects. The Head reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Our Role in Supplying Water
The division compiles and controls the one-year and five-year research and capital budgets and provides project management services, mainly for infrastructure projects. It supports the full infrastructure development process: planning, concept and preliminary design, environmental work, final design, tender compilation, construction, commissioning and handover of new infrastructure to the Business Units.
